With one touch of the Testy Totem icon, the app will quickly display a Totem that is Green, Yellow or Red. Green means everything is normal, the time of the month is not any time soon. Yellow indicates that you or your partner is fairly late in the menstrual cycle, and Red means you or your partner is in the phase of the menstrual cycle most commonly associates with PMS or Pre-Menstrual Syndrome.
